Jasper is a finance and insurance professional with over 24 years’ multinational experience across Africa and beyond. He is currently our Group CFO and oversees the Finance, Investment, Human Resource and Administration, Actuary, and Information Technology functions. He was appointed the pioneer CFO of the company in 2011 and has helped to build WAICA Re from scratch and made it a dominant, competitive, and well-respected company ranking amongst the top 100 reinsurers in the world. He had previously worked with Quality Insurance, Star Assurance, Wapic (now Coronation) Insurance and World Vision Ghana.

Jasper is both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Insurer.  He holds an MBA Finance from University of Leicester, UK and Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is an alumnus of Melbourne Business School, Australia.
