Currently, Rawan serves as the Senior Executive Officer at WAICA Reinsurance DIFC Ltd, where she oversees the Dubai branch and manages operations across the Middle East. Throughout her career, she has played significant roles in both reinsurance and insurance companies, specializing in underwriting, risk analysis, and strategic decision-making to ensure profitability and compliance in diverse sectors, including marine, energy, property, and engineering.

Rawan holds a B.A. in Modern Languages from the University of Jordan. Recognized for her strategic thinking and leadership abilities, she excels in building strong relationships with brokers, clients, and reinsurers across the region.
